Minimum Citation Requirements

• For normative claims: include a standards or official documentation source.
• For empirical claims: include dataset or method notes plus retrieval date.
• For uncertain claims: mark limitations explicitly.

Link Format

Use stable URLs where possible. If a source is versioned, include the version or date context in page text.
