Retention tiers

- Medium-term datasets for trend analysis and reproducibility.
- Long-term records required for policy and audit purposes.
Deletion and anonymization
- Expired records are removed or anonymized based on data class.
- Deletion jobs are logged with timestamp and operator context.
- Exceptions require explicit justification and review date.
