Current format usage
- HTML pages: primary publication format.
- Structured references: links to standards, datasets, and policy pages.
- Version signals: dated entries in change log and roadmap pages.
Compatibility notes
- Legacy slugs are retained where practical to reduce indexing churn.
- Canonical references should use stable page slugs listed in the Site Map Guide.
- Citation pages identify preferred reference paths.
