These Terms of Service govern use of PrySai Lab content, models, tools, and this website. By accessing this site or using any PrySai Lab materials, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and individuals who access prysai.com, download models distributed by PrySai Lab via third-party platforms such as CivitAi, or use tools, documentation, and content produced by PrySai Lab.
Use of PrySai Lab materials constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use or download PrySai Lab content.
Third-party platforms through which models or services are accessed apply their own terms in addition to these terms.
2. Model and Content Usage
- Models are for personal, research, and non-commercial use by default unless a specific commercial license is granted.
- Commercial use terms are documented per model. Review General Commercial Use Policy and model-specific policy pages before commercial deployment.
- You may not use PrySai Lab models or content for illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful output.
- You may not redistribute or relabel PrySai Lab models while misrepresenting origin.
- You may not produce exploitative sexual content involving minors. This is absolutely prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
When using this site or any PrySai Lab service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to compromise security, integrity, or availability of PrySai Lab infrastructure.
- Scrape or extract content in ways that place unreasonable load or bypass access controls.
- Impersonate PrySai Lab, Raymond Zhao, or team members in misleading ways.
- Use automation to submit fraudulent requests or manipulate discovery systems.
- Republish site content with false attribution or implied endorsement.
Automated crawlers that honor robots.txt directives and identify a valid user agent are permitted.
4. Intellectual Property
The PrySai Lab brand, site design, original text content, game code, and unpublished research are owned by PrySai Lab and contributors unless otherwise stated.
Model weights distributed under open licenses retain those license terms. Third-party references remain property of their respective rights holders.
5. External Platforms
PrySai Lab distributes content and services via CivitAi and SeaArt. These platforms operate independently and apply their own terms, moderation rules, and support processes.
6. Disclaimers and Warranty
All PrySai Lab content, models, and tools are provided as-is without warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
AI outputs are probabilistic. Users are responsible for review, compliance, and accountability of generated output.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrySai Lab and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from use of this site, models, or services.
Total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) amount paid for the specific service in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $0 where content is free.
8. Privacy
Use of this site is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
PrySai Lab may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where PrySai Lab operates. If any clause is unenforceable, remaining clauses remain in force.
